About PATH

PATH, or Planned Action Toward Health, is a dynamic employee wellness program, sponsored by VEHI (Vermont Education Health Initiative), that is committed to innovative workplace solutions for Vermont school employees. VEHI PATH helps member school districts develop a coordinated, comprehensive and cost-effective approaches to workplace wellness and healthy cultures. Created by a group of individuals with an unmatched pedigree in health and productivity management and worksite wellness, the program has earned unprecedented rates of success as demonstrated by exceptionally high participation and dramatic reductions in the cost of insurance claims and rates of insurance premiums for VEHI member schools.

Based on more than 30 years of research and development, PATH’s programs offer a suite of wellness strategies that integrate seamlessly with other wellness providers and existing employee benefits to deliver one co-branded Web-based platform for users. PATH also provides wellness, health and productivity management, employee benefit design and organizational development consulting to its members.

With the best sustained participation rate in the industry, PATH is differentiated by its easy-to-implement health and productivity management programs that have been lauded by both organizations and by program participants. The unique programs include separate modules that work together to create a powerful incentive-based wellness initiative for VEHI member organizations.
